FAQ - (Or important questions to ask before hiring a security company)
Will I actually know who is protecting my business?
Absolutely — and so will we.
We don’t believe in filling shifts with whoever happens to be available. Our personnel are selected and allocated according to the site, environment, risk and client expectations.
The right officer. The right site. The right responsibility.
Will you subcontract my security to another company?
No. When you engage Security Services WA, you get Security Services WA.
We don’t win your business and then hand responsibility for protecting it to somebody else. Our personnel are managed through our operation, under our standards, covered by our insurances and certifications and with clear accountability.
Your security should never be somebody else’s subcontract.
If something goes wrong at 2:00am, who am I calling?
Us. Security problems don’t wait for office hours — and neither should your security provider.
Our clients have access to operational support when it matters. When an issue requires escalation, there is a real person behind the service who understands the operation and can act immediately.
Security doesn’t finish when the office closes.
Do you just send a guard and consider the job done?
No. That’s staffing — not security management.
Effective security requires more than putting someone in uniform at a location.
We consider the environment, risks, duties, escalation procedures, reporting requirements and client expectations before determining how the service should operate.
You aren’t buying an officer. You’re engaging a security operation.
What happens after you win my business?
Winning a contract is not the achievement. Keeping the client’s confidence on long term is.
We remain involved, monitor service delivery, address issues and adapt the operation as requirements change.
Signing the contract gets us through the door. Performance keeps us there.
What if one of your officers isn’t the right fit for our site?
Tell us and we’ll deal with it immediately.
Different environments require different personalities, experience and capabilities.
We don’t expect clients to tolerate a poor operational fit simply because someone has already been rostered.
Can you take over from an existing security provider without disrupting our operation?
Yes – actually that’s one of our specialties.
A change of security provider shouldn’t create another security problem.
We can coordinate mobilisation, personnel, site requirements, reporting expectations and operational procedures to create a controlled transition.
You keep operating 24/7. We handle the security transition.
Why Security Services WA?
Because when you trust a company with your people, property, assets and reputation, you should expect more than someone standing at a door.
You should expect accountability. Communication. Professional personnel. Management involvement. And a provider that answers when you call. Not only that, our owner-manager structure means key stakeholders form an integral part of the professional security we offer – out there working alongside our own trusted team.
That’s the standard we expect from ourselves.
