OUR CORE QUALITY MANAGEMENT ELEMENTS

With so many cowboys operating in the security industry, it’s vitally important to appoint an accredited, licensed security contractor with quality internal systems and processes. Security Services WA take our Quality Management seriously because that provides all round security for you and for the people and assets you’d like to protect.

1) Pre-deployment Standards

All officers undergo a structured onboarding program, site-specific inductions, and competency checks before assignment. Rostering and deployment are handled through digital platform to ensure qualified, licensed personnel are matched to every post.

2) On-site Education and Oversight

Site supervisors conduct shift briefings, performance audits, and live support for personnel. All activities – including patrols, incidents, and visitor interactions – are logged using mobile reporting systems for real-time transparency and compliance.

3) Reporting and Communication

Our documentation process includes daily shift reports, incident logs, non-conformance tracking, and client feedback integration. Reports are reviewed by our Operations Team and escalated as required to ensure timely response and rectification.

4) Risk and Incident Management

All incidents are assessed using our internal category matrix and managed according to severity, including escalation, investigation, and corrective action pathways. We aim not only to resolve issues but to learn from them – feeding insights into team debriefs and training updates.

5) Client Approach

Security Services WA takes a hands-on approach with every client, striving to deliver complete satisfaction in every aspect of our work.
